5.3 Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback at a set rate on their weekly net losses. For example, a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, nagad88 oi reserves the right to correct or void it. In the case of live event betting, changes in odds are the player's responsibility.

6.2 Match Fixing and Irregular Betting
